Greetings!
We're excited to share information about some items we are working on for SpongeBob's Idle Adventures. We want to turn up the F.U.N. by making characters (workers) and their abilities the star of the game, giving you additional strategic choices when it comes to assigning them. Coming soon:
- Abilities that were ineffective or too difficult will be removed or updated.
- More tool tips, iconography, and clearer localization will be added.
- Locked abilities will have better visualization, making it easier to see when an ability will unlock.
- Class icons are returning to the game board to help players understand which abilities affect which investments.
- All workers will start with 1 ability.
- Worker abilities will be available to all workers at all ranks. Previously, these abilities were only available at specific ranks and rarities.
- Worker abilities are now displayed both on the worker card and in the building screen where it shows which character is assigned.
- Every new rank a worker earns will unlock a new ability for them (maximum 5 for higher rarities)
- We increased the max amount of abilities for higher rarity workers to 5, up from 4, making these high-end workers more powerful.
- To balance out the more powerful abilities, critical chance and critical bonus values will now only increase on character rank up. Additionally, increased values to investment critical chance and critical bonus values will alternate with each level up.
We are really excited to allow you a deeper gameplay experience with this worker ability overhaul!
