π If you have previously saved your game to a Kongregate account, try using your Kongregate login to restore your game progress.
π If that doesn't work OR if you have never linked your game to Kongregate, we can still help!
- Contact Us with the following information:
- Your Player ID# (found in βοΈSettings)
If you can't remember your Player ID#, don't worry-- we can try to find your account with other information. - The Player ID# of the new account currently on your device. If you have not played through the tutorial long enough to get a Player ID#, please do so.
- Your Kongregate account name which will become linked to your game save (more information on how this works). If you do not already have one, please create one and provide the username in your ticket. You can register for free at www.kongregate.com.
- Your Player ID# (found in βοΈSettings)
- Use the same email address that is in your Kongregate account profile.
- To help keep your account secure, you must contact us using the same email address that is inside your Kongregate account profile.
- If you need to update your profile's email address, login at www.kongregate.com and use the βοΈ button in the top right and click on Settings, click on Email Settings, update the email address box and click 'Update Address.'
Please note: Accounts in early access are reset upon global launch.
